If you are a first time visitor to an eyelash extension service, there are a few things you should expect. First, upon entering the spa, you will be asked to relax in the waiting room until your appointment time. When it is time for your appointment, your lash technician will show you to the lash room where you will receive your service. It's important to note that no guests are permitted unless they are also receiving services.
Before your appointment, it is important not to wear any eye makeup, including mascara, as this can affect the application process. During your appointment, you will have a consultation with your lash tech to determine the best set and style for your desired look.
After your set is applied, your lash tech will provide you with an aftercare guide to ensure the longevity and health of your lashes. It is important to follow these instructions to maintain the quality of your lashes.
No guests are permitted unless they are also receiving services. Arriving more than ten minutes late will forfeit your appointment. A non-refundable cancelation fee / no-show will apply if you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment before 24 hours of your appointment. To use this service, you agree to receive automated messages that pertain to your appointment, that all premises are filmed at all times and you give permission for audio recordings, that theft of services will be prosecuted, and that all sales are final after services rendered. All credit and debit card transactions require a 6% sales tax. All cell phones and devices must be silenced.

Eyelash extensions are faux mink / natural fibers that are applied to your natural eyelashes individually to enhance their length, volume, and curl.
Classic eyelash extensions involve attaching one faux mink / natural fiber to one natural lash. Hybrid extensions are a combination of classic and volume lashes. Volume lashes involve attaching multiple one faux mink / natural fibers to one natural lash. Mega volume lashes are created using even more fibers to create a very dramatic look.
Natural lashes have a three-stage shedding and regrowth cycle, so it is normal to see 2-5 natural lashes shed per day, which means the extension will shed with it. Most people need refills every two weeks. Lack of extension retention can be due to improper lash care, sleeping patterns, overactive oil gland production, certain medications (i.e. biotin), poor nutrition and inadequate hydration.
When applied correctly and cared for properly, eyelash extensions do not damage your natural lashes.
Eyelash extensions are precisely applied individually using Xtreme Lashes® Rapid Cure Flex Fusion formaldehyde-free adhesive that bonds the faux mink / natural fibers to your natural lashes 1-2 mm from the base of the lash line.
The length of time it takes to apply eyelash extensions can vary depending on the set (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega) and style (Cat, Doll, etc.). Generally, it can take anywhere from one to three hours.
Eyelash extensions should not hurt when they are applied or when you wear them. Our clients often fall asleep or tell us how gentle and relaxing it is.
While you can wear mascara with eyelash extensions, it is not recommended as it can damage the extensions and shorten their lifespan.
To care for eyelash extensions, you should avoid getting them wet for the first 3 hours after application (Rapid Cure three-hour drying time), avoid rubbing or pulling on them, and avoid using oil-based products on them.
You should avoid swimming or showering for the first 24 hours after getting eyelash extensions. After that, you can swim or shower, but you should avoid getting the extensions wet for extended periods of time due to possible chemical-induced premature lash loss.
Yes, you can wear contact lenses with eyelash extensions. Keep in mind that longer lashes can prove difficult for those who were glasses – shorter extensions are generally recommended.
If you have sensitive eyes, it is recommended that you speak to your lash technician before getting eyelash extensions to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the materials used. Our adhesive is low odor and best for sensitive eyes.
Eyelash extensions should be filled every two weeks to maintain their fullness and length.
It is not recommended that you remove eyelash extensions yourself, as this can damage your natural lashes. Instead, you should have them removed by a professional. The tech will remove the extensions using a special adhesive remover that dissolves the bond between the extensions and the natural lashes.
The right eyelash extension style for you will depend on the shape of your eyes and the look you want to achieve. A skilled lash technician can help you choose the best style. When in doubt, remember that cat eye fits nicely with most eye shapes.
If you experience an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions, you should seek medical attention immediately, follow any orders from your doctor, and schedule to have the extensions removed by any certified and professional lash tech.
Yes, you can wear eyeliner with eyelash extensions, but it is recommended that you use a water-based eyeliner rather than an oil-based one. Oil-based products loosen the adhesive; therefore, could cause premature lash loss.
It is recommended that you sleep on your back to avoid crushing your eyelash extensions, but if you need to sleep on your side, use a silk or satin pillowcase and avoid pressing your face into the pillow.
The cost of eyelash extensions can vary depending on the set of extensions and whether it is a full set or refill. Generally, full sets range from $160 to $300.
When applied and cared for properly, eyelash extensions are generally safe. However, it is always important to research and choose a reputable and experienced lash technician to minimize any risks. Our certified lash techs have 19 years of combined experience.
Yes, you can wear makeup with eyelash extensions, but it is recommended that you use oil-free and water-based products to eliminate any premature lash loss due to break down of the adhesive that oil-based products can cause.
You should avoid rubbing or pulling on your eyelash extensions, using oil-based products, and exposing them to heat or steam.
